1.1 Discovery and planning

1.3 vendor selection and Development
1.3.1 Consider ERP vendor selection criteria after the cross-functional team has identified desired outcomes, the current state of the organization and the future state.
1.3.1.1 evaluate vendor’s technology and analyze if is the right fit and matching RFP
1.3.1.2 After Evaluating and Selection, start constructing an ERP project plan and analyzing the business processes for deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.
1.3.1.3 Translate requirements with assigned ERP Developers into streamlined business processes and highly efficient management.

1.4.1 Manage the process of confirming the functionality of ERP during implementation. Each Model should test the main points.
