1.1 Discovery and planning

   1.1.1 Initial meetings and documentation with senior management, to ensure the project gets the resources it needs and to provide the backing needed to implement change across the organization to identify current issues and potential solutions.

   1.2.1 understanding of current workflows to develop a detailed design for the new ERP system to be more efficient workflows and other business processes that take advantage of the system.

1.3 vendor selection and Development

   1.3.1 Consider ERP vendor selection criteria after the cross-functional team has identified desired outcomes, the current state of the organization and the future state.

      1.3.1.1 evaluate vendor’s technology and analyze if is the right fit and matching RFP

     1.3.1.2 After Evaluating and Selection, start constructing an ERP project plan and analyzing the business processes for deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.
